Helping You Cultivate Healthy Self-Focus

what if you could hit the reset button?

Published 5 months agoĀ ā€¢Ā 2 min read

Hey Reader,

Happy Monday! I'm such a Monday person, which is funny because I do get the Sunday Scaries. But once I wake up on Monday, I'm like YES! I GOT THIS. Sometimes the momentum fizzles out on Tuesday morning. But I can always count on it's return when the next Monday comes.

So today, I'm on it! I'm ready. I got my list and my pen handy and the day is flying by. Which is awesome because season 2 of my podcast comes out tomorrow!! Wahoo!! Check that out here šŸ˜ƒ

But the real reason I'm emailing you today, is because I wanted to ask you, what if you could hit the rest button on your life?

Would you do it?

If you could stop everything, organize and restart, would you?

Coming out of my healing cocoon, I realized how neglected my needs were. It was all I had been taught my whole life, sacrifice, ignore, suppress, neglect. That's what I learned I should do with my needs, my feelings, my thoughts, and my desires.

I learned, through the conditioning of my up-brining, society, and other experiences, that my inner feelings and needs didn't matter enough. I developed toxic ways of coping with my own feelings and needs.

I would ignore them.

I would avoid them.

I would blame other people for activating them.

I would self-medicate.

I would employ toxic positivity.

I would deny them.

And what happened was, I became a neglected person. My body was unhealthy. My thoughts were unhealthy. My spending habits were unhealthy. My home was unhealthy.

Once you realize the depth of your self-neglect, it becomes it's own barrier to healing. It's overwhelming. And this is where so many people get lost, and stuck, and stop their journey.

You don't have to do that.

We don't realize how conditioned we are to neglect ourselves.

Life doesn't come with a guidebook.

But the 21-Day Real Life Reset does.

In this course, we set foundation for...

  • Creating your systems and emotional support pillars
  • Building self-talk and self-trust
  • Organizing a life binder of priorities
  • Building your inner relationship
  • Mastering self-discipline

This course is designed to walk you through your own emotional evolution and recovery process. I've combined therapeutic principles with life-coaching practices to outline the basic human framework we all need to reset after neglect, trauma, abuse, or toxic life events.

I know the tools in this course are going to activate some real transformations. I know because I've already lived it.

I can't wait to talk more with you about my story and my healing path in the facebook group. So come, join, see what it's all about.

The 21-Day Real Life Reset is coming January 11, 2024.
